Because our product is a digital download, we are unable to offer refunds once the eBook has been delivered and accessed. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Our Policy

The Fresh Start Divorce Guide is a digital product (PDF eBook). Due to the nature of digital goods — which cannot be "returned" — all sales are final once the product has been delivered to your email address.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

You were charged but never received your download email (technical error on our part)
You were charged twice for the same order
